The steel structure kits (including H-beams, C/Z-beams, square tubes, and high-strength bolts) customized by Canglong Group for the US commercial building project have all safely arrived at the site, and the customer is carrying out unloading operations in an orderly manner. For this cross-border transportation, Canglong Innovation adopts a “classification protection+intelligent labeling” packaging system – the main materials are independently grouped according to specifications and uses, covered with moisture-proof and anti slip PE film, and reinforced with customized steel frames and straps to ensure zero deformation and corrosion during sea and land transportation for up to 20 days. Each bundle of steel is affixed with a prominent label, indicating the model, weight, and lifting point, and matched with the bill of lading, resulting in a 30% increase in loading and unloading efficiency.
Modular packaging design: dual guarantee of safety and convenience
H-shaped steel, as the core load-bearing component, is wrapped with a single anti scratch cloth and horizontally stacked. A non slip rubber pad is added at the bottom to prevent side slip during forklift handling. C/Z-shaped steel is grouped according to the roof and wall systems, with 10 pieces per group vertically packed to reduce floor space and facilitate lifting and grasping.
