- Forming and Welding: Fourteen automated welding production lines are equipped with robot welding systems, supporting processes such as submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding, with a weld seam inspection pass rate of 99.2%. The 5000 ton CNC hydraulic press can complete the cold bending forming of complex curved components with an accuracy controlled within ± 0.3mm.
- Surface treatment: Using fully automatic shot blasting rust removal line and electrostatic powder spraying line, combined with hot-dip galvanizing process, the coating adhesion meets ISO 2063 standard, and the salt spray test life exceeds 2000 hours.
3. Whole process quality control system
- Material traceability: The steel is purchased from leading domestic enterprises such as Baosteel and Ansteel, and each batch of raw materials is analyzed by spectrometer composition and ultrasonic testing.
- Process standardization: Implementing the ISO 9001 international quality management system, key processes such as welding parameters and coating thickness are monitored in real-time through the MES system.
- Finished product testing: Equipped with a three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument and stress detector, 100% testing is conducted on the bearing capacity, deformation and other indicators of the components to ensure compliance with the requirements of GB 50017 standard.
