Fijian customers came to Canglong steel structure factory to inspect the goods
On March 24th, a delegation of two representatives from Fiji visited Canglong Group’s steel structure production base in Xinzheng, Zhengzhou, China to conduct on-site inspection and quality audit of the customized steel components required for the project.
Early in the morning, our account manager Bella went to Xinzheng Airport to meet two clients who came from Fiji, and then drove to our steel structure factory. Accompanied by the technical team, the customer conducted an in-depth inspection of the entire production process from raw material cutting, welding forming to surface anti-corrosion treatment in the workshop, focusing on key indicators such as component size accuracy, non-destructive testing results of welds, and hot-dip galvanized layer thickness.
During the inspection process, the customer randomly selected multiple batches of steel components for on-site retesting, and verified performance parameters such as tensile strength and coating adhesion through third-party testing equipment, confirming that all products comply with international ISO standards and project technical agreement requirements.
In the end, the customer highly praised the Canglong Group’s strict quality control system, intelligent production lines, and efficient project execution capabilities, and signed a confirmation of qualified inspection.
Afterwards, the client came to Canglong’s office for more in-depth discussions on some details of the project, as well as issues related to shipping and installation in the later stage. Before leaving, we attached some small gifts and group photos for our clients.
This inspection further consolidates the deep cooperation between the two parties in the field of steel structures, laying a foundation of trust for future market development in the South Pacific region.
